Initial discussions can take place in whatever format suits you best. We regularly meet clients at their premises to better understand their operational context. Our Gateshead office provides a neutral space when that is preferable.

Video calls work well for exploratory conversations, particularly when travel would be inconvenient. We use standard platforms and can adapt to your organisation's preferences.

Site visits are often valuable during formal engagements but are not necessary for preliminary discussions about how we might assist.
